Highly organised and energetic, Junior Account Executives keep day-to-day activities on track, recap calls and meetings, research, write and provide firepower for client media relations, and contribute creative ideas. Main responsibilities include:

• Working closely with your team, providing support where needed, including: preparing and sending client meeting agendas, meeting recaps and other documents; clipping media coverage; and updating relevant reports and activity trackers.
• Building media lists using first hand media research, databases and social media.
• Brainstorming and crafting media pitches; build media relationships to secure coverage for clients.
• Organising conference and award lists.
• Creating and disseminating morning media coverage updates as needed.
• Contributing regularly to Sees’s social media platforms and follow relevant journalists and media personalities.
• Delivering social media campaigns in line with the client’s strategy.

The Sees team is seeking a full-time Communications Trainee to assist with the implementation and execution of Public Relations projects.

Duration:

Minimum 3 months, 10am-6pm

Responsibilities:

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Product Management

Assist with showroom:

• Shipping and receiving
• Sample inventory
• Maintain overall organization of the PR showroom

Communications:

• Assist with requests from media
• Compile daily hits and press clippings
• Ongoing internal communications with various departments

Data entry and reporting:

• Track, monitor, and organize Sees clients’ press clippings and product placement
• Document and compile post mortem reports

Misc:

• Reception duties

Skills and Education:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
• Strong knowledge of Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc.)
• Prior PR, social media and events experience is considered an asset
• College level coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related fields a plus.

SEES seeks an experienced, driven, and passionate individual to join team as the new Director of Communications. This role will involve the initiation, development, design, and execution of strategic plans for the agency’s communications practice. A natural leader, he/she will share his/her knowledge and support with his/her employees to further their professional development. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Client Excellence: Ensuring clients and accounts are serviced at the highest level and adhere to SEES’s standards of excellence.
• Business Development: Nurture current accounts/clients and bring new business to the firm. Participation in all aspects of business development including lead generation, plan development, and pitching.
• Strategic Planning: Creative planning including development of new business presentations and pitches and client proposals
• Account Management: Oversee all elements of public relations campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting.
